At IT Simply we take our responsibility to protect and look after our data seriously.  This applies to both the information on your systems as well as your information stored on our systems.

So that we can provide services to you, we collect some personal information from you, including information about your:

• Name
• Contact information
• Computer and network
• Interactions with us
• Billing or purchase information

We collect your personal information in order to provide services to your business

Providing information is optional. If you choose not to provide access to your network and staff contact details, we'll be unable to deliver services to you.

We keep your information safe by storing it in secure systems requiring two factor authentication and end to end encryption.  We only allow access to staff who require it to do their jobs.

We keep your information for at least two years after we conclude any work we carry out on your behalf. We then remove your information from our system by securely destroying all information, both electronic and physical copies.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you believe it is wrong.
